Reports and briefs

State the audience and decision context before asking for an outline.

Add context

Tell the Worker who will read the report, which meeting or decision it supports, the desired length, and whether a template is required. Upload data and background material together.

A useful structure

  1. One-page conclusion;
  2. Key metrics and changes;
  3. Evidence, method, and limitations;
  4. Risks, actions, and owners;
  5. Appendix or source notes.

Separate facts from recommendations

Ask the Worker to label source facts, calculated metrics, and recommendations that need confirmation. This makes review faster and more reliable.
